If you are not satisfied with a jmachado.com item, you may exchange it within 11 days from the day you received the order.
Please inform our staff, via e-mail return@jmachado.com, before shipping a return in order to get adequate instructions and authorization.
In some cases we will contact UPS and they will fetch the item(s) at your home, your office or wherever you want them to pick the parcel up. Please don't send the item(s) back to us, without informing our staff before!
The return postage has to be paid by the customer unless it was our shipping error.
